FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
The Thornbury Horse Park founding memberships will cost $15,000 plus an equity investment of $85,000. Purchasers of these memberships, along with the principles, will own the horse park and it's facilities.
MASTER MEMBERSHIP
100 Phase 1 Master Memberships at $15,000
100 Phase 2 Master Memberships at $25,000
100 Phase 3 Master Memberships at $50,000
All of the above can be payable in a single installment or with 1/3 down and 1/3 each of the following 2 years.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
- Priority registration for all business, personal, and investment opportunities at the park
- Discount on entries
- Priority of stabling
- Access to all amenities including pool, tennis courts, indoor arena, spa, VIP club lounge, etc.
- Priority to convert to equity "founding membership" status
- Priority location and style choice at discounted pre-construction price on residence
ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP
300 Residential Memberships and 200 Non-Residentail Memberships are available. In order to buy a unit, you must be a member. A golf cart is included with the purchase of a unit.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Condominiumized Stables
Purchase a residence and a box stall so that your horse is kept on the same property with access to all the parks amenities including 250 acres, indoor arena, track room, training, lounge, etc.
Revenue Based
Owners can lease out their residences or their stalls when they are not using them.
