This is your chance to join a select group of people with a passion for riding, and who share the vision of making Cedar Run a world class facility. Cedar Run Club members will ultimately form the lifeblood of this Park, a park that will provide a riding experience like no other in this country.
Membership privileges will include:
- A lifetime club membership
- An active, year-round social program and full access to amenities that include a clubhouse (reception, restaurant, VIP lounge, spa), a pool and onsite tennis courts.
- Priority access to permanent stabling, the onsite horse spa, use of the grounds for recreational riding
- Early selection of a condominium/condotel residence and an optional $25,000 credit on pre-construction prices toward the purchase of one of the upscale condominium homes.
- As with other private clubs, membership costs will increase over time. After the first 100 Master Memberships are filled at a discounted rate (already 85% sold), second and third rounds of 100 each will follow.

Condominiumized Stables
Purchase a residence and a box stall so that your horse is kept on the same property with access to all the parks amenities including 250 acres, indoor arena, track room, training, lounge, etc.
Revenue-Based Ownership
Owners can lease out their residences or their stalls when they are not using them.
